How much does shipping cost?

• Mrs Mo & Co offers free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $100, and New Zealand for all purchases over $150. Orders under these amounts will be charged a flat rate of A$9.95 tracked or $14.00 signature required.

How long will my delivery take?

• Items will be packed and posted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Delivery times for custom made pieces and special orders will differ and will be discussed with you during the ordering process. Once your order has been shipped, please allow between 3-7 business days for delivery.

What could delay my order?

• Whilst we endeavour to fulfill all orders, some styles may not be available at the time of processing, particularly around sale times and busy periods like Christmas. We will attempt to locate your piece/s and dispatch to you as soon as possible. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you immediately.

What if I miss my delivery?

• If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left advising another delivery time or pick up arrangements. Alternatively you may add notes to your order for where the driver can leave your package. Mrs Mo & Co holds no responsibility if a package goes missing if you choose this option.

Do you deliver internationally?

• At this time and for security reasons delivery is only available to within Australia and New Zealand.

Is any of your jewellery silver or gold plated?

• At Mrs Mo & Co the metals we use and supply are either sterling silver, gold plated over sterling silver or genuine 9ct or 18ct gold so you know you are receiving quality. 

I really love an item in your Exclusive Handmade Collection but I'd like it with an Emerald instead of a Diamond. Can this be done?

• Quite Simply - Yes! We have a highly skilled team of Jewellers and Designers so please get in touch with us if you would like something changed.

Can you custom make Jewellery?

• Absolutely! Our highly skilled Team can help you bring your design to life or design something for you. Please get in touch with us so we can help make your dream piece a reality.

Do you do Lay-by?

• Yes. We do offer a lay-by service. We require a 20% deposit, and payment of the balance within 8 weeks of the original transaction date. There is a $15 cancellation administration fee. To pay by lay-by, please select the lay-by option on the payments page during checkout.
